Configuring the PDA Software - Micronet Configuration Wizard

The Micronet Wizard is displayed the first time that Micronet Mobile Applications is run on the PDA. The wizard helps you to configure your Micronet settings so your PDA operates effectively.

The Micronet Wizard screens are simple to navigate. The following tips will help you:

• Almost every screen has a Prev and a Next button; the exceptions are the first and last screens of the wizard.
• Once you have entered the required information, press the Next button to save your changes and move forward.
• Press the Prev button to move backwards; if you have entered new information these changes will not be saved.
• You can use the keyboard and stylus or the number on the keypad to enter information.

Before you start the Micronet Wizard, please have the Micronet Paperless Configuration sheet in front of you as it lists many of the PDA settings you need to enter.

If the steps below refer to a setting that does not exist on the Micronet Paperless Configuration sheet, you should leave the value as the default shown on the PDA .

10. Micronet Mobile Stocktake
11. Micronet Mobile Goods Received
12. Micronet Mobile Sync
13. Micronet Mobile Transfer
14. Micronet Mobile Import Costing
15. Micronet Mobile Put Aways
16. Finish.

As mentioned above, the wizard starts automatically the first time that Micronet Mobile Applications is run on a PDA. However, you can run the wizard again if you need to check or configure some additional areas of your software. For more information, refer to "Running the Micronet Wizard Again".
